Last post about my troubles in Belgrade perhaps this time is.

The business card attached, which one that showed up on my first formal meeting with the business manager together and never showed This Office Place later anymore. Also means that except that meeting we have three persons, all others just their business manager Marija and me dealing with things together.

MANAGING PARTNER - the title of that business card, seems a connection outside of this firm, a inside gangway/key for their Visa business success or not, a position behind the screen. ( *maybe the firm has lots of this kind Partner )

** He promised me if I can make a (large) import of Chinese goods and my temporary residence no any problem, with at most longer 3years. But later I just like to make a Shell Company for that Temporary Residence, everyone knows that I have my own purpose looking for unremittingly. ( if do I do my unique project. )

Pic #1 shows the firm website I visited Today just now. Seems now they focus on new company related business, not the residence or immigrant related business. I remember the 2900eus on first page is a "Promotion Price" for a package service, not only for "Company Formation" showing now.

** if this kind things happened in mainland China, it's so normal ,, In the past I didn't think such a little calculation in daily life would happened in other nations ,, I see a person not by face, but by the character/pattern of actions ,, Somehow to my surprise I believed it should be done by Chinese or planed even managed behind of the screen ,, such as a series of things happened in my daily life showing their cussed wills and lasting tenacity (others just on fun or other randomizations, no more time or interesting to put all on one thing even with whole life) - which once I also cognized as a Chinese Habit Style - Now I think it may be happened everywhere by everyone ,, many things including but not just, that little ones like tail, to watch and set up prepared for my next move or next hotel etc., big ones like to find a safe spot CAREFULLY with less entries can be easily watching or controlling, and even using that place to do the dirty things like in their mainland, by the inenarrable low noise (sounds like a radio resonance buzz) seems coming from inductor ring to terrorize around nearby, or by microwave-making tools to let someone they don't like been an incomplete sleep perhaps trying again and again to be connected by brain-to-brain while a man suddenly wake up around midnight ,, All the things always doing underground ,, Sadly, What A Dirty Thing !!

Now anyone should know why I always say "Everywhere".

All emails (between me and their team) should be taken as the costs of my time and energy - though for both, but a big difference here that I (Only One) paid money and they (Response Distributed) received.

As the words I put on X.com of Nov 22, 2024 - The Whole Thing Sucks My Time And Energy, that is fully showing my present mood.

Now anyone can imagine that I have many words to say, but I still need to control it. It's not for that mood wrong or else (actually I don't think it's wrong or bad), but about the right way of administering my time.

As a famous movie line goes - "You have part of my attention. You have the minimum amount. The rest of my attention is back at the offices of theFacebook, where my colleagues and I are doing things that no one in this room, including and especially your clients, are intellectually or creatively capable of doing."

So I decided only to put a little attention and time on my bad mood, posting a few words here just on Saturday of every one or two weeks.

Today is Saturday, and I have done of it.

Some parts below are the contents I will send next week in several emails. Btw, mostly be translated by AI.

#1 First, I learned from a local friend that in my case, the minimum monthly payment is 80eus.

#2 Second, don't just give me the documents and "unofficial tax notices" every month, but also give me the relevant classified accounts, especially the "so-called business income".

** NOTE, the agent who handled my long-term residence package may have signed an "accounting service" with you to do my accounting, but at least I need to know your local official accounting registration number.

#3 Regarding corporate tax payments, from my personal understanding, the most official and formal approach should be to automatically deduct from the corporate account. Cash payments can only be made in individual cases. It is not possible or not recommended to pay in cash every month, which will cause many financial loopholes. Now you have registered my Individual Entrepreneur very quickly (before the D visa waiting approved), but the local bank account of the company is due to the general regulations of the banking industry - without a D visa or long-term residence, there is no local number (similar to the social security number in the United States) - usually cannot open a bank account unless there is a guarantee from other qualified legal persons !! (But, it seems that local corporate legal persons, non-natural persons, usually also have a local ID number. Don't you know that ? )

** NOTE, the agent took my money but did not guarantee me. Even The Invitation Letter for the First D Visa application was issued and guaranteed by my newly established company legal person, I Inviting Myself. This can easily lead to visa rejection due to insufficient guarantor qualifications. I don't know if the original "Invitation letter" is still used to help me apply for a Second D Visa. (If it is still the original "Invitation letter", it means that they are using my own "special case" to test the bottom line of the review authorities again and again. Of course, that is a bigger "Thing" for them. Let me go back to my personal matter of the issue "paying money and getting corresponding returns")

** NOTE, in fact I personally think that the reason for my D visa application is very obvious. I have current business dealings with the agency, especially I am definitely not here to apply for a long-term visa to work secretly. I signed a contract with the agency to apply for a long-term residence visa and have paid a large amount of relevant fees. Is it reasonable to issue an "Invitation Letter" in the name of your agency to apply for a D visa? Is there a big risk? Is there a big risk for your company? I know that the locals have a way of guarantee fee for this kind cases (to find a strong and qualified enterprise or company), which is about 30,000dinars per month, less than 300eus. It is said that with this guarantee, it is also very easy to pass the D Visa. It may only take 1 month a year ago, and now they say it only takes 3 months at most. This fee should be fully included in my package payment. After all, the price I saw online was 2900eus, and 1000eus was added when signing the contract.

#4 Can I say here that the agency helped me register the company too early, at least I should wait until my D visa is issued before starting to register the company and the subsequent series of operations ?

#5 Similar to the following account form I got from other merchants, can you also send me a copy to let me see how much my monthly operating income is ? Haha, it was said that each end of the year overseas companies or individuals "Fill Self" and "Report Self" on their own taxes.

#6 Originally I hired the Services for Temporary Residence Permit or an accountant to save my worries and feel at ease. Unexpectedly, in the end, it turned out to be neither worry-free nor at ease. It was simply a waste of time and effort, and an extra burden for me (Just like the current international supply chain, it is neither worry-free nor reassuring). ^_^

** NOTE, I recently spent my own time and energy going to the local tax bureau to figure out the relevant situation.

Finally, I would like to make a Special MARK here that - Although I asked your company to do my accounting, but any accounting items, especially those related to various income matters, will not be considered as my "Legal Approval" without my email reply "Confirming and Agreeing to this Income". I don't have a corporate bank account now, which can be said to be unable to operate normally.

There are many things that you won't "take the initiative" to say unless I ask you, and I have to spend time and effort to figure out everything myself. I really don't know what's the point of me spending money to find you all ?

As a business owner, now I think that all my accounting accounts "basic business source items" should be filled in as "0". If there is a minimum tax payment, it can only be Attached as a following note of that item. I will not report false income or make "fake accounting" for a situation where there is no real income!!

If you think it is possible to modify the summary report at the end of this year and all the previous accounting accounts according to my above requirements especially the income is "0", make it done.
If you think it is impossible, leave the accounts alone. Anyway, I will see if I could find a satisfactory accountant to do the accounting next year.

For the problem to withdraw cash on ATM overseas, days ago I contacted with CCB, China Construction Bank which my main bank account existed there. Mostly I made my request by leaving a message before, but I can't find that link, original link to the message of suggestion now pointing to a questionnaire. So I only made a online chat with customer service.

** The message of suggestion, it's the best choice for customers. Because it always returns an authoritative & certain response, and with some kinds responsibility from the answers. But online chat service can't reach that level, sometimes you blamed the customer service representative inexpertly, sometimes you were misguided to wrong path, then finally you would be tired to find out the best result, and took the 2nd or 3rd one which they wished for.

I think they set me up here, and most potentially be very early in advance. (-_-)

A Blessing From Misfortune -
So lucky, because of it I just found out that China Unipay can be applied to most place here of Belgrade, supermarket(so easier to use Self-Service Routeway), online payment of rent house and mobile telephone payments etc.

Otherwise -
